Hi Bblin, the blisters will take a few days to heal. Like what fifi said, bb can open up the blisters, same as what I mean by bursting. :P After pumping/latching, my boobs always felt very sore, the pain will only go away 2 hours later... haiz, I can't even sleep properly. Anyone feels this...

BBlin, sounds like blisters to me. I got those when I latched bb. Very painful! I stopped latching and pump instead. If you find it watery, you could even try to burst it.

Finally got my Medela freestyle. So happy now, can pump 2 4oz bottles in 25 mins, no more 1 hour torture, even after 1 hour its 1 bottle; I do feel a bit sore on my right areola, but its still bearable than the pain i got from avent pump. back to work: I am starting work middle of Jan. bb will go to daycare twice a week as my mom is going back to Singapore. sleep thr the night: bb is now 8 weeks old and he slept from 11 pm to 4:30 am. bb will drink at 7 pm, 9 pm and 11 pm before he slept for the long hours.

Hi Fifi, I think I have blocks too.. phew, luckily my son saved me. This morning could only yield 125 ml in total after 1 hour of pumping. Seriously think my avent electric pump is too weak... hope the medela freestyle will work better for me.

Hi Stella, look on the brighter side then. Isn't it good that he is learning fast? All of us will need to stop breastfeeding at one point. Guess we just try our best in our own ways. I just purchased medela freestyle. Hopefully will shorten my pumping time and make me feel better.
