Oops sorry i did not earlier see these posts. I suggest checking with Trium what packages they can offer. Prenatal yoga is safe for beginners as i was when i first started. It helps to relax body and mind and also stretch to prepare for delivery. To me thats the most important part. :-)

Yayy I am so happy to share that my prenatal instructor will be the one conducting this workshop. She is very knowledgeable and definitely experienced! I had very safe prenatal yoga practices with her! Highly recommended!
