pinkie, i use the medium size one, cos sometimes i make other tonic soups. if u dun plan to put whole chicken in the slow cooker then u can buy small one cos the small one cant fit whole chicken. the water wont dry off. i go off ard 8 and reach ard 7.

pinkie, ba zhen can use slow cooker or normal pot. for slow cooker, use low heat or small heat. i usu turn it on in the morning before going to work then come back home can drink already. else i use corning ware, put the meat usu drumstick and the herbs and cook for abt 2 hours on low...
