Try Premium Family Rooms at the new Hilton Singapore Orchard

Staying in a brand new property is always nice, and the newest kid on the Orchard Road block, Hilton Singapore Orchard, is now open, with some family-friendly features that we think you’ll love. Firstly, kids get their own dedicated check-in, and receive amenities such as child-sized slippers, bathrobe, and a mini backpack (for children aged 2 to 10 years old). Secondly, kids aged 5 and under dine for free, and children aged 12 and under enjoy 50% off adult prices. Thirdly, a ‘Confirmed Connecting Rooms’ system means that families can easily book two connected rooms so everyone is close by.

Alternatively, there’s a Premium Family Room (pictured above) with extra space and a convertible sofa bed. Finally, if mum and dad are tempted by the delights of our most famous shopping street, the hotel provides certified babysitting services from $20 per hour with a minimum charge of three hours.

From $329++ per night. More details here.

Go Glamping at the Fullerton Hotel

It’s tough but unless you can do both, you’ll have to choose between a Fun-tastic Family staycation and a Family Glamping Package at The Fullerton Singapore this March. The former includes a suite of specially-tailored activities for the entire family with special children’s amenities including ice cream passes and colouring activity sets, and a family trip around the precinct with exclusive Fullerton tours. Kids can also bring home a 20cm Lion’s Pride Merlion Art Statue which comes with a set of 18 beautiful Crayola washable paints and brush kit, perfect for art, play and craft!

With the latter, kids get to bed down under the ‘stars’ in a tent with their own take-home sleeping bags, receive amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and a Fullerton bear, and go on a complimentary Fullerton Heritage Tour.

No matter which stay you book, all young guests aged 5 to 10 years old at The Fullerton Hotel are welcome to join in Fullerton Kids Club activities such as farm tours and heritage tours. All the better for mum and dad to enjoy some much-needed rest, huh?
