Best Parent-Child Bonding Activities in Singapore

We all have fond memories from participating in activities together with our kids. Be it getting creative on an art project for school, or sweating it out together in yoga or a family fun run – these moments make for precious memories! Working together builds a sense of trust, patience, and a deeper understanding of each other’s strengths. Often, we also get a glimpse of new talents in our children during these bonding activities.

And because we’re each unique individuals, not every parent and child has to subscribe to the same bonding activities. Maybe Mum and Bub love dancing together, whereas Dad and Junior prefer whipping up a new dish! Here’s our pick of the best parent-child bonding activities in Singapore. Try one today!

SWEAT IT OUT

Looking to get in a good workout while taking care of your little angel? These classes allow you to sweat it all out while making sure Bub gets a good dose of fun!

1. Inspire Mum & Baby

Among their wide range of classes are 2 that’d make a wonderful parent-child bonding experience, as well as get you in shape!

Mum & Baby Dancercise

Take your pick: Mum & Baby Dancercise or Mum & Baby Pilates are two post-natal fitness classes that help you bond with your little one while sweating it out! Move to the music together with Bub, as Dancercise takes the “work” out of working out. Not only does it stimulate Mums’ “happy hormones”, it’s also said to enhance interaction and play with Bub with lots of music and positive behaviour! Furthermore, it helps reduce Mums’ stress from early parenthood, and babies tend to have better sleep after each class.
