National Day 2021: Eats & Buys to Boost Our Singapore Spirit

The theme for this year’s NDP 2021 is “Together, Our Singapore Spirit”. And Singaporeans surely agree that nothing unites us more than our common love for food, shopping, and travel. Since travel is still out, we turn to the best National Day 2021 eats and buys to keep us cheering this August.

With the country currently in P2HA mode, we’re sticking to takeaways and deliveries for now. However, many of these deals will still be valid for dine-in once restrictions are lifted. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned for updates!

NATIONAL DAY 2021 EATS: FAMILY FEASTS

1. Red and White Feast of Thai Delights – Blue Jasmine

4. SG56 Bundle & Peranakan Party Set – Penang Culture

Celebrate National Day at home with eight of Penang Culture’s signature dishes in the SG56 Bundle ($56+ for 8 dishes). These include Assam Laksa, Butterfly Prawn Nasi Lemak, and Belacan Chicken Wings. The dishes are also available a la carte at $5.60+ each. 6. National Day Set – Soup Restaurant

Aptly named, this “Ro-jiak” Brunch ($156+ for 2 pax, $196+ for 4 pax) features a “rojak” of things we love to “jiak”. Think Singapore Chilli Lobster with steamed buns, Singapore Char Kway Teow, Butter Chicken with Basmati rice and garlic naan, Tandoori Salmon, savoury-sweet Rojak, and Pork and Chicken Satay.
