Be a Part of Barney’s Beach Party at City Square Mall This June School Holidays!
By the end of May, you will probably have one pressing question on your mind: “How am I going to keep my child occupied during the June school holidays?” Do you fancy a beach-themed escapade for yourself and your kids? From 27 May to 26 June, pack your beach gear and take part in your favourite beach activities at the City Green outdoor park, which will be transformed into an urban beach setting! Let junior test his frisbee-throwing and surfing skills or build his very own sandcastle at the sand play pen. It’s bound to be hot, so cool off by splashing your way through the water with the Bumper Boats.
If your child is a fan of the lovable purple dinosaur, he’s in for a treat. Barney is returning to City Square Mall for his fourth show! Check out these irresistible activities and promotions lined up for you this June school holidays at the mall!
1. Barney’s Beach Party ‘Live’ on Stage
When: 4 – 19 June 2016
Time: 2pm & 7pm from Tuesday – Friday; 1pm, 4pm & 7pm on Saturday and Sunday
Venue: Level 1 Atrium
Join Barney, BJ and Baby Bop in this ‘live’ show to sing and dance along to all-time favourites with a summer twist! Mums and dads can redeem a Meet & Greet pass one hour before each show to snap a photograph with Barney himself together with BJ and Baby Bop with a minimum of $50* spent at the mall. There are only 50 passes per show (available from 4 – 19 June, daily except Mondays), so hurry!
2. Summer Splash Carnival
When: 27 May – 26 June 2016
Time: 1pm – 10pm daily
Venue: Level 1 City Green (Outdoor Park)
It’s summer time, so get ready for some serious fun with the kiddos! Try your hand at Sand Bowling, have a go at the Mechanical Surfboard or challenge yourself at the Inflatable Rock Climb. Your kids can also build the fort of their dreams at the Sand Play Pen. Rest assured, the kids won’t be complaining of boredom!
Also, get those cameras ready! A glorious sand sculpture created by a team of professional sand sculptors will be on display in front of the mall!
3. A Sea of Gifts
When: 27 May – 26 June 2016
Want to get your hands on a Beach Survival Set consisting of a 12-can cooler bag as well as a beach mat complete with an inflatable pillow?
