Zhu Sheng Niang Niang (注生娘娘)

Hi, can someone advise what's the procedure to give thanks to Zhu Sheng Niang Niang at Toa Payoh Shuang Lin Temple after successfully becoming pregnant?
Do we go down during the pregnancy? Or only give red eggs after the baby is born?

Following as I will be interested. I’m in waiting period :)

Essentially, I think if one’s conception is successful, it will be great for returning to the temple to offer prayers and thanks for the successful conception. Then to seek for smooth fetus development leading to delivery. After 1 mth of delivery, to offer thanks with boiled red eggs. I can’t wait for this step xoxo

My LO will be exactly full month on coming Monday. Am thinking to bring red eggs earlier perhaps tomorrow. Not sure if can do earlier or have to be exactly on or after full month? If it’s okay to do like earlier by 2-3 days then I will be bringing over 300 eggs tomorrow. You can probably come after 1pm to get some baby dusts and red eggs!

Hi! Can anybody share how do i pray to zsnn? Is it different temple different process? I’m thinking of going to the one at Havelock rd.

We are returning 300 Red Eggs in gratitude to Zhu Sheng Niang Niang (注生娘娘) for blessing us with a healthy baby. The offerings will take place on two days: October 19th and 26th, 2024 (Saturday).

Location: Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery

Address: 184 Toa Payoh, Singapore 319944

Eggs will be divided over the two days, with 5 trays (150 eggs) each day.

Please join us from 11.30am onwards (Do note the temple closes at 5pm).

Location: Lorong Koon Chye Sheng Hong Temple @ Arumugam Road


2. Time: 3pm
Location: Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery @ 184 Jalan Toa Payoh S319944
Opening hours: 8am to 5pm

Please feel free to come to take 2 red eggs and eat them together with your husband on the bed.
