I'm not sure if you'd like my trusty light-weight Combi Urban Walker. It fulfills almost all your conditions except that it could take up to 20 kg of baby weight. I'm also not sure about your preference for basket size. Anyway, no extra padding of cool material is required as the cushion itself is cooling. Parts are all in good working condition as can be expected from Japan-made products.

Usage was less than average as my girl refused to be strapped to the stroller once she discovered the freedom of walking around 1 year-old.

Asking price is $70. Condition: 8/10. Collection is at Seng Kang.

Are you still looking for a quinny stroller?

I have a quinny zapp stroller with black seat, zapp xtra seat in rebel red and a maxi cosi in red.

I only used the quinny zapp frame with the maxi cosi so far as my daughter is less than 6 mths old. But I have opened up the seat that comes with the original quinny zapp and the zapp xtra seat to test to ensure that it is in working condition.
