Will i still have milk supply if I only express twice a day?

Hi,

I have breastfed for a year, and is pump exclusive.

I pump 4X a day and since baby is already 1 year old, i am thinking to drop 2 pumps so that I do not need to pump during working hours anymore.

Any mommies have experience that you only pump twice a day ( morning & night) and still able to produce milk over extended period of time?

can, but not advisable. U will have engorgement and even if milk supply is lower. I think milk "not fresh".

I was told that if we pump out engorged milk, some harmful chemical from our body will be released. Not sure true or not.
