Hello fellow mummies =) Please share what kind of health benefits or nutritional facts on products do you usually look out for, especially when shopping for your little ones? Being older, we are usually concerned about cholesterol, fat and sugar content... but what about for our kids? I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I didn't care much about such things when I was younger, but I'm really motivated to eat better after reading up about some of the things that go into our food!
