Hello fellow mummies =)

Please share what kind of health benefits or nutritional facts on products do you usually look out for, especially when shopping for your little ones? Being older, we are usually concerned about cholesterol, fat and sugar content... but what about for our kids?

I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I didn't care much about such things when I was younger, but I'm really motivated to eat better after reading up about some of the things that go into our food!

Thank you!!

For me, itz colourings in food. Next is sugar content, then salt amd transfat.

Eg,i dun allow my kids to eat those colour sprinklers on donuts. Basically i avoid colourful foods.

Same here I avoid colourful snacks. Everything else in moderation 'cos I don't like to have a fussy kid

Anyway home-cooked meals are already a healthier option 'cos little oil and less salt is used + fresh ingredients.
