Hi Mummies,
Would like to know what do you pack for your LO when going out?
I always see outside some parents able to bring a small diaper bag. wheras for mine, looks like im running away from home kind.

care to share what do you bring out? Maybe we can all list out the MUST and not so important things?

I shall start with mine :D

my LO is now 17 months & Boy.

My diaper bag consist of.
- 4-5 diapers (sometimes he like to poop a lil bit at a time. )
-Spare clothes (1 longpants, 1shorts, 2 Tshirts, )
- Napkins & Small Hanky.
-Wet tissue for diaper
- Dinning Set (Baby scissor, baby spoon, baby bib, disposable table mat,Hand and mouth wipes)
-Hot& Cold water
- Milk Bottle
- Milk formula
-Baby snacks

Sounds little, but when i pack, its like SO HUGE.

I pack 4-5diapers, a pkt of wipes, nursing cover n a set spare clothes. My changing mat is those guardian disposables.

2 diapers,spare set of clothes,wet tissues,bib,milk bottle, hot & cold water,baby snacks,mouth wipes,changing mat
ya...same,sound little,when the bag is packed,it is full.canot even zip sometime :O

My bag also looks like i am running away from home. Lol. My boy is 22 months old. I will aways have 2 to 4 pieces of diapers, wet wipes for hands, mouth or bum, wet wipes for sanitising tables or supermarket trolleys, big pack of tissue paper, spare clothes, plastic bags, baby lotion, a box of snacks, water bottle, spare straws, spoons or bibs, plasters, antiseptic cream and cotton buds for first aid, small toys such as doodle board, sketch book, crayons, toy cars or toy wallet, blanket for his nap, nursing cover and diaper changing mat. Hoping to minimise stuff soon. Haha..

No need bring hot water flask, bb lotion. Hot water can take from starbucks, coffee bean, kopitam, bb changing room.u can nurse at nursing room if u at shopping center. Diaper change mat is for very small bb.. bigger child can lie down on the stroller n change for him. Worrying too much... blanket just throw under the stroller.

My friends always laugh at my big diaper bag.. it's really heavy but i cut down more now as my boy is around 15m now.

- 1 set clothes
- 2 pcs of diapers
- 1 water bottle
- milk bottle/milk powder
- hot water flask (will only fill up half)
- 1 wet wipe (i used to bring one wipe for butt, another wipe for hands n mouth)
- 1 travel spoon/fork set

the rest will put in the car.
- jacket
- toys/books
- extra diapers and clothes

It depends on where I go and timing.

If only going to the supermarket or out for a meal.
I'll only bring 1diaper, small packet wet tissue, 1handkerchief, hot water 0.2lt , 1x milk powder, milk bottle, pacifier n her must bring pillow.

If going out the whole day, I'll bring 3diapers, wet tissues, 2-3hankerchief, hot water 0.5lt , 3×milk powder, 2 milk bottles, water bottle, porridge, bowl & spoon, tidbits, yi oil, 2 sets of clothes, jacket, 2-3 pacifiers and her must bring pillow. Will also bring some small toys to distract her in the car, e.g: stickers.
I'll put a small foldable bag in my big bag so that I can just carry a few needed items if just drop off to have a meal or shop at a mall for a short time.

Mine just turned 2years old. But ever since after 1 years old i quit him from taking milk when outside. We eat what he eat what, or we will get kids food or ordering things he is able to take.

Now i go out with 2; 2years old boy & 9months old girl (bfing) i bring:

- 6 diapers.
- 2 water bottles.
- 2 jackets.
- 2 bib.
- wet tissues.
- baby biscuits / snacks.
- their own sleeping 'accompany' (bolster & duck)
- shawl for bfing

That's all.
Btw I'm looking for handy changing mat. Mind sharing where do you ladies get? :)

Both my girls (2yrs and 8mths) are still bf though the elder one takes solids for meals and can do without bf.

- 6 diapers.
- 1 water bottles.
- 2 nappy cloth
- 1 bib
- wet and dry tissues
- baby biscuits / snacks
- 1 set of spare clothes (top/bottom/socks) for both (in case they dirty themselves)

I don't bring milk powder/bottle because I am the dispenser!

I pack my diaper bag..

1. Diapers

One for each hour you'll be out, plus a few extra – just in case.
2. Wipes
You can stick ten or so in a plastic bag if you're not going out for long. Wipes are perfect not just for diaper changes, but also for sticky hands and dirty surfaces.
3. Hand sanitizer
For cleaning your hands after diaper changes when there's no time or place to wash them.
4. Changing pad
Many diaper bags come with a reusable changing pad, or you can buy one separately. Some parents like the disposable ones for traveling. A hand towel from home will also do.
5. Plastic or biodegradable bags
For storing soiled diapers, clothes, and baby blankets. Just make sure your child can't get to them, since plastic bags (including the biodegradable versions) pose a suffocation risk.
6. Bottle(s) of formula or expressed breast milk if you're bottle-feeding
7. Snacks (for older babies and toddlers)
Depending on the age of your child, this could include a jar of baby food and a spoon, or finger foods. Bring a few bibs as well.
8. Sippy cup of milk, water, or juice (for toddlers).
9. Blanket

You can use it to cover your baby or as a changing pad, nursing cover, bib, shade, or burp cloth.
10. Extra clothes for your child
You never know when spit-up, drool, spills, or poop explosions will necessitate a change of clothing.
11. Pacifier (if your child uses one) or other comfort item.
12. Sunscreen or a hat to protect your child from the sun.
