What do you ladies eat near your office?

Hi ladies, what are your choice of healthy food when you are working?

I read that snakeheads (fish used in fish soups) contain high level of mercury.

Cooked foods are oily and contain a lot of MSG.

I like the salmon sandwich but is it safe to eat smoked salmon?

Been eating salads also because I like the crunch, coldness plus they are packed with nutrients. But also read somewhere that if they have been left in the open for a long time, they may contain bacteria. Does the Salad Stop refrigerate their ingredients? Also read somewhere to avoid sprouts like alfafa as they may also contain bacteria.

Any suggestion for healthy meals if cooking is not an option?

Also, any recommendations where to get wild salmon in SG? Thanks!!
