Trying for no 2 with pcos

Hi I am now trying for no 2 yet my pcos condition is delaying and causing irregular menses... Any peeps who has same issue and any advice how I can improve my condition to conceive?

Have you tried taking the birth control pill first to regulate your ovulation before trying for No. 2?

I have PCOS too, and gynae gave me 2 months of birth control pills. Once I stopped, I conceived my no.1...
