Teething toddler bite tongue untill bleed

I would like to ask, my 14 month old baby girl
is teething. She tend to play with her gum using her teeth.
yesturday she woke up and she play with her gums and she bite her tongue. But she dont cry at all. Only blood running
down her mouth with saliva. So we try to wipe it of and
goave her water to drink. Today the bleed arra at her tongue become ulcer. But shes not cranky. Eat well and play well.
what should i do? And issit normal? Anyone share the same experience?

maybe ur girl has a v high pain threshold?

does she feel pain like when u pinch her or when she fall down? if she does, i think should b ok.
