Sugar is the most loved ingredient by your toddler. Add sugar, mix up and yum! That is how they feel and convey through a grin with adorable happy tummy face. Feeding refined sugar to babies can actually lead to problems in later stage of their life. As being their guardians, it is of most significance to keep check on sugar intake of babies. The most popular fruit sauce you can is apple sauce and a reduction of mashed banana. They are healthy fruits which are good for the baby.
Readymade baby foods: There are brands which strictly do not add any sugar in their products but go for natural flavor of the ingredients in the product. These baby foods are a great option for your baby.
 
You can give dates powder instead of sugar it acts as a natural sweetener. The nutrition requirement of the babies is very much of fruits and vegetables. It is very important to feed the baby in the forms of purees and porridge of combinations like apple oats, spinach pear which will help in the growth and development of your baby. Always give organic baby food, that do not contain preservatives, salt, sugar, colors. Give purees of different combinations.
