Squating

Hi, would like to ask fellow mommies questions about squating in toilet. Is it safe for us to squat/half squat when toileting during 2nd and 3rd trimester?

When i was having my #1, i still squat to wash clothes. But if u dont feel comfortable or well when squating better dont squat
