Sewing machine......yesterday I was at Giant, they are selling the Brother machines for less than S$200!!! 2 models on displayed. I paid for over $300 for mine.
 
anyone keen to get EK Success Cuttepede trimmer? I want to let go my limited edition violet color trimmer at $42 with extra 5 pieces cutting mat. I got it at retail $79, cutting mats is $6.25 per 2 pieces.

buying dies from us and shipping to sg is not v expensive. at least 30-50% cheaper compared to MWL

Recently juz helped my frenz ship back 3 set of 35 dies alpha + 3 bigz + a decorative stripe for <$200 (the alphas cost only 19.99usd then and now is 29.90usd @ sizzix outlet ..)

u can get embossing powder from the local scrapbooking store (LSS) like laines, paper market or made with love.

HJ...that range of buttons are called "Dress it Up". I know Joann do carry some. Alternative, you may goggle to find those fabric site.

another quick LO.. this one is really SCRAPbooking. Not one complete piece of paper used, I've tried to use up the bits and pieces and half-cut-off papers. TFL!

(PS. Can tell my holidays are coming hor. Ha ha.)

Adeline, the kids playing images are from Memories in the making, Silhouettes ATC collection. Bought from Joann. Super cheap, I think only 1.99 for 40 sheets of ATC size.
