For my experience :
Four season :
Food not bad but bad impression
- They were late for 2hr...called them no answer until sometime they claim traffic jam & car spoilt .Then admin said another reason.
Personally feel they should at least call to inform they will be late instead of the customer call & call.
Neo garden
Not as nice as before since this year ate 2 times.
Orange clove
High tea taste nice in 2012 but same company as Neo garden.
Stamford
The drink taste very artifical sweet & been ordering for few times - feedback still the same .
Certain food are nice- wanna a change
