Pregnant again at 44 yrs old

hi,

I have my first boy at 28 and second girl at 31. After 13 yrs, I just found out today that I am going to have a third baby at the end of this year. I am 44 yrs old this year.

Does anyone has similar experience to share? Any gynae who specialized in pregancy after 40yrs old to recommend especially at TMC? Anything to look out for?
