PLEASE HELP! Doctors for cerclage.

Hi, I'm foreigner who is living in Singapore and lost a baby week 18. I'm looking for a doctor who is good at cerclage. Not knowing many local friends here makes it not easy to find a good doctor. Any hospital heavy bills, all does not matter. All matter to me right now is to find a experienced/expert OB who can perform cerclage and can measure cervix accurately. Please advise. If you can tell me your experience doing cerclage on during your pregnancy, that would be very very thankful. Thank you all.

Hi. I read your other post before but didn't leave any comments. Not very sure if you would want to try my OB. He tends to be more cautious and acts quite swiftly. PM me if you would like to try him.
