I also struggle now to sell my old cat tree, want to buy a new one soon. The thing is that I own a maine coon and you cannot imagine how hard it is to find the best cat tree for Maine Coons! These cats are of unusual size to say the least and sometimes it's a real struggle to find suitable cat tree especially with balcony and stair like yours!
