HELIUM:
Ordering with helium pumping is available. (1 day notice so I can do the pumping for you. I don't have the helium gas, so I go to another block to get it pump.)

Round 20" - $2.50
Round 23-36"- $8.00- $10.00
Cartoon shape characters 23-36" is from $9.00 onwards
If you can, get the pumping done by yourself. Certain place starting from $1.50 for 18" balloons
