Thanks all for the suggestions, I will try all these and see which one works for me. going to seek for gynae this Thurs, hopefully everythg is fine. May I know when to start eating folic acid?
okie!! thank youActually, you can start taking folic acid asap! Some take folic acid once they start TTC. You can get them over the counter but since your gynae appointment is this Thursday, he/she will most likely issue you folic acid and prenatal vitamins then!
Thank you, this coming Thurs goin to seek for gynae; will wait for the doc give...hopefully is not.too late to start itYou can start folic acid now too. The earlier, the better.

Sour things helped for me but I think you got to find what works for you. And sleep more.
Peppermint tea helps too! I also tried peppermint oil directly on the tongue, it calms down the nausea feeling quite alot too.
Generally, ginger (e.g. ginger tea) will do the trick but it depends on individual. Can try mints cos it does help to get rid of after taste. Some ladies said sucking ice cubes help. Like what debz89 mentioned, cold drinks may do the trick. Salty potato chips also may help. Really need to try cos everyone reacts differently.
Hello, does anyone know what can I eat or drink to make my nausea feeling better? I am currently 7weeks, and everyday feeling nausea especially after meals.
