Here are some advices from me after few lessons with my 2,5 year old Jimmy:

• Don’t be discouraged to fast – early stages are usually hard, but the more progress he makes, the more he is into reading himself and it’s now more of a joy like playing with his toys. Amazing.
• Choose a fun lecture with big letters and some pictures. You don’t want to give Your baby a Tolkien saga right away do You?
  
• Start early. I started reading with Jimmy just after he turned 2.And the progress he made so far is unbeliveable
