After sending e 1st request for update, I waited for ur reply, only to c dat u r only replying n putting up promos for some of ur other sprees. Only wif my 2nd post for update n request for refund den u replied. I haf replied ur PM, refund was fast but e entire experience wif u was horrible. Thks to u, my mummy has no more vitamins left n I would haf to buy it locally for her.

I was a spree organiser before as well but stopped last yr after I was preggie wif my number 2. For holding my money for a mth without any status updates or preparation for refund till I asked for it, I will nv join ur sprees again. N thks to u, I will b considering to restart my own sprees.

Writing my bad experience wif u here for other spreeists to take note. Thks

My order placed to u was on 5th nov 2016. I wasn't informed in e 1st placed that according to you my order was not loaded until end nov due to low orders. There after u said u will be away in dec end and you will rearrange the redelivery on 1st week of jan. But again u said u hv family issue and cld only pick up from singpost on the 16th of jan.

My whole purchase in this spree takes me 2.5months. And i do not wish to keep on having to hear reason for delays on e collection. My orders were made for my family needs and all are running out of vits.

I am asking for a refund. Please refund to my uob acct savings at: 115 166 6510 tdy.
I wish to be understanding and sympathetic. But its taking too long, kindly inform me when you hv transfer w refund.
