Buy 1 get 1 free is non-stackable.
Tentatively, you may use the following calculation.

Item 1
US$ x 1.37 = SG$

Item 2 (50% OFF)
US$ x 1.37 x 0.5 = SG$

But the discount will later be re-distributed among the Batch mass order.
As lower tier price item will only be taken 50% off.

Yes, discount will be shared among other spreeist that have eligible purchase. Meaning they MUST have Buy 1 Get 1 50% OFF order as well.
