Hi all,

Any mummies(other than me,jayjayboy,jumanji,raetan) who had:
•placed order(s) with Kittyspree,
•transferred funds over to her,
•but have yet to receive confirmation of placement of order(s) via email/forum from her

On Monday 27 Jul 11:34pm, Kittyspree posted on her GAP/ON spree. She apologized that she was tied with some stuff, thanked all for waiting and said that she would be updating all by the following night. She added that confirmation of orders will be sent via email. Along with that, she also indicated that she is still taking orders.

Upon seeing her post that she is still taking orders, I posted my orders and transferred my funds.

There were no updates, no emails from Kittyspree with regards to my orders. I don't even know if my orders had been successfully placed. In her post on Monday evening, she gave her word that she would be updating all by Tuesday night..however she had failed to do so even up till now.

Kittyspree; you have your own busy schedule in life, so do I and so do we. Is it fair that we have to keep following your post trying to get an update from you? We are adults not kids, we should be able to handle our timing and life commitments better. Since you have a busy schedule, you should have known better if you can handle organizing a spree or not. And since you had decided that you can do it despite your busy schedule, you should honor your words to us.

I just happened to look up the forum post on good/bad spree organizer. It seems that you have a bad name & record for the sprees you organized Kittyspree. I think you really ought to reorganize your priorites in life, whether u can commit to organizing a spree again. We trusted you, we placed our orders and transferred our funds.

Kittyspree, please refund me my funds ASAP that I transferred for my Gap orders. I would not hesitate to file a police report together with other mummies who fall victim to you if I don't receive any refund by Monday 3 Aug 2015 10am.

Kittyspree, on my last post on Wednesday 29 July whether my orders have been placed and you did not reply, I started to worry. If there are no updates from you over the weekend, please refund a total of S$228.68 (Gap, RL and Crocs) before close of business on 3 Aug, Monday.

You're most welcome raetan. I had started a thread hoping for someone who may know Kittyspree to provide us with her contact , or hopefully for moderator/admin to take action. It's not about the money, be it big/small amount.. money lost can be earned back. But trust cannot. She gave us her words that she is taking orders, we trusted her. She should honor her words. If orders are not placed then at least inform us.

Since you are busy, why even bother to post updates on your various sprees on Monday evening that you are taking orders? Up till today there are no updates from you at all throughout your various sprees as to whether you had placed the orders successfully.

Do you know that orders are being placed and funds are transferred to you for the various sprees you organized? Due to your negligence; some of the discounts are no longer valid, some of the orders placed are already OOS. Do you even care?

Your instructions to us on your various sprees organized was:
Transfer the funds once you place your order to prevent delays in closing, no confirmation needed.

Wait for my confirmation email - Which will be send to you after I've close the spree within 3 working days if you have provide your email.

We trusted you; we placed order, we transferred funds. From your last post on Monday evening until today..was there any closing done for any of your sprees at your end? Was there any updates to us?

You mentioned that you need time for your full time job, family, yourself. Yes we can understand that...but so do we! Why do we have to be the ones to waste our time and frequently be checking for updates on your sprees post/email inbox/email junk...hoping to get your update with regards to our orders placed?

You jolly well know you posted on your various sprees that you are accepting orders on Monday evening..how can you be not doing any updates till today Friday evening!

If you had known you cannot commit so much time to organizing spree(not to mention about spree"s" as you have quite a number of them)/placing of orders/updating of order status/answering of enquiries...why do you even want to post that you are taking orders in the first place? Why put yourself and others in such a difficult position?

In your sprees post, you quoted:

**A few of us had demanded a refund for our orders placed on your sprees post, kindly see to it that it's done and we will receive our funds by next week.

Dear all,

My sincerely apologize if I have not been following up for this week or receiving my email
Been through a rough patch in this week. Not on spree but rather my personal life. I will not discussing the details here but in summary, my marriage has taken a sudden hit and is on the hanging on the cliff.

To all my mums that shop with me.

I do understand your expectation for my spree may be very poor this week. But spree will still need to go on unaffected.
Of course, some mums are still expecting their packages also.
In the meantime, I will hang over the duty to my sister (w.e.f 31 July) which will be handling all the sprees. While I take time off to resolve my marriage issue.
