Hi Kitty,

I have transferred my fund (SGD112.59) to you on 27 May for my Coachoutlet spree purchase. You replied on 29 May saying the item is OOS. I requested the refund on 29 May, 30 May, 1 Jun and 4 Jun (via email and Coachoutlet spree forum), however, till now, there is no respond from you at all via email or forum.

I read from other and above threads and noted you hasn't been responsive, but you seems to be very responsive when you receive our email order but not to our queries and refund email after you have received our money.

Please do the refund as it has been a week. I have contacted the site admin. This is my first time purchasing from you and this is such a bad experience.

We can understand this is not your full-time job and you may not be very responsive. But its been a week.

Thanks and apologize, I did not see it was oos only to see the title of the email as 'order confirmation'

I just wonder how come you did not check again whether to refund since my item is oos and when I did not reply. Is okay, just refund me back and I do not want to order again because of the slow response. Thanks for replying and good luck.
