My sister used PEM and her feedback is quite good. When I visit her, I can see that CL is so nice and takes good care of my sis and her baby. Everytime when baby cries, the CL knows how to handle and would teach my sis what to do in that situation. She even remembers what my sis doesn't like to eat and I tried the confinement meals few times, I personally quite like it!
