She had severe acne breakout when she's pregnant, and she was not able to find products that are safe for pregnant women before. I suggest you see a proper dermatologist. As you are pregnant, any treatment may harm your baby.

I went through the same process so I can understand what your friend is going through.
I had basic facials during pregnancy.
Post pregnancy, I consulted with several doctors before I decided on one. I learnt alot about basic acne skincare by this acne specialist. Hope this help!

OMG I know her! Dr. Rachel was the dr of my bf. The acne scars on his face literally faded away. Give Dr Rachel a try, trust me you won't regret it.

By the way, her clinic changed names to Cove Aesthetic Clinic.
