Little Gems Inc Review - BAD Service and Communication!!

I'm so disappointed with the website: http://www.littlegemsinc.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/pages/Little-Gems/159783067370382 and need to rant here.

I ordered a buckwheat pillow for my daughter in the morning, called them up and settle everything. I got an email the next day only in the evening to tell me it's out of stock and can only arrived end of this month.

I was pretty upset and replied asking when is the earliest I can receive it as my CL just left and bb seems very unsettled in her sleep, I needed this urgently. Also, the other seller which had stock the day before just sold everything when I contacted her the moment I found out that the pillow I paid for was no longer available. I communicated all these to Little Gems.

I asked how long the refund would take also before I make my decision to wait or what and this was their reply to me:

Hi,

We have provided a refund via your credit card.
You will receive a notification via a separate email that the amount has been credited back to your credit card.
The amount will also be reflected in your next statement.
Apologies that we are unable to fulfil this order

They just refund without even giving me a choice. Such a horrible way of doing business. Though the amount is small, but they are so RUDE and just want to share this lousy online retailers with all mummies here.
