Lie down with legs up or straight down on bed

Hi Ladies,

Can I ask after having sex while trying to conceive, should our legs be high up on the wall and wait for 20minutes or we can lie on our back and legs on bed straight but with pillow support behind our hips?

How to get pregnant after our partner inserting his sperm?

Might be weird to ask this but not sure on how to get pregnant, please help.

I just post this in TTC 2017 thread.
I think this just helps the sperm to swim along either shld be ok.
it is very important that u have fertile cervical mucus (the watery or the egg white texture, this is supposedly the best) and of cos ovulation occurs.

Otherwise it will be hard for the sperm to swim along, if u don't have good CM there are lubricants that are sperm friendly. not the usual ones.

I just hug my legs to my chests, cos no wall nearby. as long as raised it shld help. I tried putting pillow under, but sometimes this contracts yr kegel muscle and pushes some sperm out. sorry tmi
