Kkh specialist for complicated pregnancy

My pregnancy test shows a positive this morning. I am 40, this would be my 3rd baby. I have many questions ...please help answer if you can:

1. Can you recommend a doctor from kkh that specialise in complicated pregnancy please?
Since I am not young, my pregnancy is classified as complicated..also mine was c-section last 2 times...

2. When do I see the doctor please?

3. Should I go under private since I would like to have the same doctor to take care of me please?

4. What tests to go for to test for fetal abnormalities, which is the best choice please?

Thank you. Appreciate your advise. My last 2 pregnancies I was much younger and delivered in tmc. Now I am concerned, hence choose kkh in case of complications ..,

If your case is so complicated, you might be classed differently and get a senior consultant, even though you choose C class. I suggest if you want to save cost and don't already have a gynae, goto KKH. See where and who they send you to.
