I want to file a complaint against one of the nurse.
Last night , my husband and I bring my 2 yr old son to the cck branch. We waited from 7 till 8. 45pm and my son has high fever of 39. I went up to one Of the nurse to ask when is our turn .nurse A explain they squeeze in those appointment patients and those with high fever. She told me still have 6 more patients. When ard 9 15pm, I check with nurse B of when my turn. She says 2 more to go. Not sure what happen , nurse B let another patient squeeze in infront of our number which I am very unhappy and just ask I thought 2 more?? After she assures me 2 more when I turn around , nurse B use her middle finger and try to point but trying not to be obvious she try to rub her hair using her middle finger.All these action was witnessed by my husband and he purposely say here got CCTV or not ? The both nurses quiet. I mean this is a kind of hooligan act from a nurse who work in specialist clinic. I was dumbfounded when my husband told me her act in our car.btw I dun know the nurse name but I know she wear very sexy and inappropriate . Have u ever seen a nurse wear extremely short jeans short and with spaghetti stripes ?she is the one if any mummy knows her name.
Frankly speaking I'm a regular there and the medicine most of the time hits $200+ just to treat cough and flu. With this kind or outrageous charges and I as customer expect this kind of hooligan act? I would want to file a complain via emails or letter.
Please advise on how to get hold of the doctor or management of kidslink . Thanks
