inform family before or after delivery?

Hello all,

Just want to know whether you all informed your family before heading to the hospital... or after you have delivered?

Im thinking about the time I would want to spend with my baby and hubby and the rest I would need after delivery... It would be very uncomfortable to have so many people around... especially my in laws...

Since i was admitted just past midnight... I only informed them in d morn.... not given birth yet though...

Just let them know dat I have been admitted n will inform them when bb arrives...

Wasnt really worried about pple visiting since it was 1st day of CNY, so they will b bz house visiting instead of visiting me in d hospital.

Of cos d only relatives who visited were my parents and my in laws... a couple of close friends...
