Infant never poop for 7 days

Wanted to ask if anyone who have experience infant ( 2 mths old) never poop for 7 days? We went to see padaetrician but he say is normal. My baby was given an injection at her backside, then she poop. Been using it for 3x. I heard is no good in the long run. Anyone has exp on this.

Take a look at the snippet of the frequency of bowel movement when my gal is 1-2mo. She is on breast milk but also experiencing lesser pooping at that time. Babies will outgrown it. Now she is coming to 20mo.

So we shouldn't be worried? She poops last Thursday,24 Jun. Thereafter she poops yesterday. So I guess will need to monitor. I have done ILU massage and cycling for her .
