Hi, I've been on a mission to maintain my fitness while juggling the joys of parenthood too. my long-term goal has always been to achieve the shelf butt! So, I've been experimenting with different workouts and exercises to sculpt those glutes into something that could probably double as a shelf, if need be. Balancing work, family, and self-care can be a real juggling act, but it's all about finding those pockets of time and making them count.
