How to reverse care and control from ex husband?

Does anyone here knows how to reverse a care n control order? Me and ex husband went thru divorce.due to working shift i decided to give care n control of my dotter to him since he is working office hrs but we r granted joint custody. However recently found out that each time when i want to send her back to her fathers place, she will cry n say she dont want to go back there. She want to stay at her maternal grandmother place n school ard my mum area. Asked her d reason she dont want to go back there, she said the paternal grandma always scold n beat her. She also say she dont like her family (which is her father's family). I dont think a child would know how to lie rite? What should i do?

How old is your daughter?
If really she is not well taken care of and if you have proof, you can always reverse it

you will need to take out an application in the Family Justice Courts to vary the orders relating to care and control, supported by an affidavit stating the reasons in support of your application.
