How to renew Filipino maid contract

My domestic helper from Philippines reaching her 2 years service, and both of us decide to continue with another 2 years contract.......

After search online, i found I need to apply OEC at PH Embassy......I have few question wish someone able help me.

1. should I renew the workpermit with MOM 1st or apply the OEC 1st?

2. my helper do not need the home leave, do I still need the OEC? (she choose to have 2 weeks holiday at Thailand to replace the home leave, and this has been fulfilled)

Extension of Work Permit from MOM is most important. You mentioned her replacement home leave already fulfilled means she already back from Thailand.
