Foreigner offender need to be deported?

Hi , anyone could help to advise for foreign offender (repeated stealing), after serving their sentence in Singapore prison, will they be allowed to stay in Singapore or will be deported out of the country immediately same day upon release?

I really hope that they are not allowed to stay any further, but want to confirm. Appreciate your advice very much.

deported back to their own country, bared n ban from entering for duno how many years.
