For those who has tried, is Jamu Massage really effective in weight loss?

Hi Mummies,

Would appreciate your comments if you find jamu massage has/hasn't worked in your weight loss journey?

I gained 12kg throughout my pregnancy, baby is 12 days old currently and my weight before & after labour seems not much different..
