Endometrial Polyp removal surgery

I have diagnosed with 2 endometrial polyps. Since I’m planning to conceive, I’m looking for a doctor to do the surgery to remove them.

Have any one faced any kinds of problems/complications after the surgery?
Can anyone recommend a doctor for this surgery?

I got heavier than usual bleeding after the removal. Monitoring for now. Which gynae are you with now?

Also found out recently that I have endometrial cysts and doctor is asking to go for laproscopy. She mentioned that complications are 1%, rare but as with any surgery, it comes with some risk. She also mentioned she suspected swollen fallopian tube which may have to cut it off. Am emotional after hearing this and wondering if there are any other solution besides cutting it off. Periods were normaL and regular, really did not expect the diagnosis given. Any advice or anyone w similar experience?
