Hi, my contract with my employer ends 2021 June. However, I have my edd also in June. Does that mean I no longer entitled to maternity leave and benefits? I am able to take maternity leave 1 month before my edd.

U mean ur edd is june 2020 or june 2021?
Depend on ur contract what are the clause being state and if u are entitle base on the contract

Sorry typo june 2020. Thanks for the suggestion. I checked my contract and seems like I can only take my maternity leave 1 mth before my expected due date. I guess might have to forfeit my maternity leave already
