Ear wax removal

Hi. Any way to remove ear wax for a 2 year old. Or is best to proceed to a PD.

Ears are very sensitive and important. Better to let doc check and look at how’s the condition of ear wax.
My kid has experienced some pain on his ear and brought him to GP. After checking, it was realised that the ear is about 90% blocked. So a ear drop was given to soften the ear wax. And after a few days, went to doc again for water spray on the ear. Ears are Very sensitive, being 8 years old, he is ok.
For 2 years old, maybe not.
Better to seek doc advise.
