Hi gals,

I was with Dr Paul Tseng for my gal's delivery in 2008. Dr Tseng is a "pro-natural" doc so if you prefer deliveries that follows this direction, he will be the right doc to go to.

He does not talk much but is a friendly doc. So if you have questions, you will have to ask him. If you are not sure despite his answer, do not feel shy to probe further.

I feel that he is a very confident doctor and was all smiles the day I went into delivery. Delivery is stressful for a first time mummy so having a confident and smiley doctor takes some of the tense feelings away.

He also did a perenial massage during the delivery to prevent tearing. One thing is he did not do a cut instead, he allowed natural tearing... but mine healed well... no complains.

I seen him for my #1...now preggy #2,I still choose him...

he is a pro natural doc as previously mentioned...he allowed me to carry my #1 till pass Edd..when I get kinda worried, he said "if baby OK you OK,we Don hv to induce “...woa he really zai lor...

during labour,he knows I wan a drug free n natural birth,he's also OK w it...even thou I went hysterical in the labour Ward haha

when I went back to him for my second baby,he still remember me...

he doesn't have package...so i visit him every 2 months instead of monthly...n he doesn't force u to do unnecessary ultrasound scans...so save $$...I only spent $500 or less for my #1 pre natal check up...

HI I am now with Dr Paul Tseng, am a VBAC candidate and am already at 40 weeks but he did not force me to induce/ c-sec. I went to him cos I want VBAC very badly. Up till now he has been very supportive. Yes he is very cool - does not scare you unnecessarily, very calm and reassuring. You pay for what you want - he doesn't actively 'promote' supplements, as long as you have a balanced diet. very natural - the way I like it. Yes also agree with candy, he will ask if you want to do u/s. If you don't want, he won't charge. And he is experienced enough to tell the weight of the baby/ position, just by touching your tummy! Very impressed when the scan shows the same.

I hope to have good news to share if my body does a successful VBAC - which I hope is soon!

I am also w Paul Tseng and trying out for vbac.but due to my waterbag burst and bb poo out during the water burst,I need to go for emer csect.i can only say he's v experienced and i trust him all the way.
Like what orangeroses mentioned,he can tell bb weight by touching ur tummy which is quite impressing.

Anyone exp c-sect by Dr Tseng? Is is skill good? Some say docs who are skillful and can sew v nicely, the wound is less painful and faster recover. Not sure if this is true?

I have done c-sect wif dr paul tseng..he very pro n my scar is very small..not obvious n i even can wear swim suit..my two pregnancy is under him...n surprising there is painless at all..now, i am slim dw n wearing my swim wear..with confidence.
