Could you please explain the BP down time for yesterday between ~1pm- ~6pm, and then again from ~10pm to midnight?

Total of about 8 hours of downtime!

Hi Bubuchan,

Thanks for the feedback. At first we thought it was just a spiked in traffic but as we have received more and more emails regarding this issue, we knew something was amiss. We have been working with our technical staff on this matter for the past weeks. This problem has been extremely difficult to resolve due to the sheer size of the forum now.
