hi, i m a STHM, I ever commited suiside... I m full of hatred, and it does affect my beloved one. I dislike myself being depressed... Where can I seek help? Thanks

Go to see Dr Yeo Seem Huat at Paragon.
He is good.

find a family service centre near ur place. they do provide free counselling.

u can also call one of those helplines if u need to talk. u can google for them.
