Both batches #95 & #96 arrived from Malaysia over the weekend.
All goods were, however, subjected to 10% SST (Sales & Services Tax) & DHL's disbursement fee at Custom prior to delivery to my friend's place.
I rang & spoke with DHL Malaysia Customer Service agent (at my own cost) & was told that Custom's charges cannot be refuted; nor can DHL waive or give a discount on its disbursement fee.
Regrettably, I have no choice but to spread the costs among all Spreeists in both batches by your order value (since the core charge was applied by item value).
I am tabulating the shipping cost & will be providing further update soon. If any Spreeist wishes to verify the additional costs, you may contact me for a soft copy of the mentioned Custom's document for viewing.
I reiterate that the costs were unforseen (as I had searched online to note that there was an exemption on orders below RM500 but DHL told me the tax was inevitable) or I certainly will not have facilitated these orders through such redundant hassle.
I seek your kind understanding on this matter & trust that you appreciate my little effort in obtaining your pretty loots (given the limited shipping option available). Thanks.
For new orders, I will be shipping through vPOST Europe since there is a current promotion of free base charge (waiver of $23 base charge for packages that fit POPstation for self-collection) & vPOST is using actual parcel weight as stated in its website. https://www.vpost.com/sg/zerobase/

Delivery is estimated to take 2-4 weeks after order submission.
I am taking order for bags/purses etc only, i.e. non-fragile items, to avoid breakage.
Given that we are deemed to be shipping domestically (since merchant deems its delivery complete once it drops off the package at vPOST Europe facility), please be aware that exchange/refund could be challenging if the need arises (eg. wrong item sent & faulty merchandise etc).
Do join this spree only if you are comfortable with the above arrangement. Refund will issued if the spree is unsuccessful, eg. merchant declines order etc. Thanks.
Further to spree post #3203 above, pls refer to the attachment on shipping cost (allocated by order value) in pdf format. The rightmost column shows the amt you shd top up (-) or amt to be refunded to you (+), excluding local postage/courier if needed.
For collection, I am currently able to do so only at limited venue/time. Please use postage/courier if meeting schedule is unsuitable
