Just sharing my experience with my Indon maid. Hope anyone who currently is employing her will aware and more careful. I am her 2nd employer. She only worked with 1st employer 1 month but agent told me 2 months. Now she only worked for me 3 weeks.
1st week worked for me me, she was polite though I found she was a good lier because what she told me at interview and the fact was different. At interview she told me she can cook rice, dishes, changing and bath for baby, ONLY have 1 son 8 years old. But the fact after the confession cause I searched for her Facebook, she has 2 sons, 8 and 4 years. Her reason was the husband passed away around 10 months. Though I found there is no relation between husband died with just want to confess 1 son. Anyway I didn't bother het personal info about this. After 2 weeks worked, I found she become more lazy with her very sweet talk, so I told het please do the mopping properly because the floor very sticky though I asked her to feel it as well. She started to 'refuse' the work that I slowly want to pass to her like changing diaper and shower the baby. She said she was afraid to do so. I said at interview u said u can do it. So another 'confession' she said actually her mother most of the time took care of her 2 sons. She always said she can't do that. But for changing diaper she has to able to do it. She really had a good life with me, go inside het bedroom at 8 pm at woke up at 5.30 am with still sleepy eyes. So I questioned her why she still sleepy and her work become more has not done. She just smile and said later I will do. She questioned me back why I also looked sleepy everytime, I said because I still breastfeeding baby at night, so I lack of sleep. She said why I can't sleep when I am doing bf. I said I can't, I will awake when I bf my baby. She told me : ask your husband to suck your nipple, hmm very nice guarantee you will deep sleep. After that she laugh. I firmly said don't said like that. I told her she may had her dinner or lunch first cause I am pity on het if she hungry while waiting for me to finish bf. At really shock that she finish all the dishes unless rice. She even ask me to cook instant noodle with her pretend guilty face. I even didn't scold her until this time. On 10 September I really upset because she more like suka-suka work with me. I scold her when she forced my baby to drink a milk within 1 hour interval, though I always said 3 hours interval. Baby vomitted so bad and struggled. Scold het why so hard for her to follow my instruction for feeding time though already 3 weeks. I compared het with 7 level maid that she had to take care 1 baby 8 months (cooking, feeding, bathing) and 3 years old; doing chores somemore. Has to sleep around 11-12 at night and woke up at 5 am. Also need to sleep with the baby at night. I told het please be grateful that she go inside her bed at 8 pm and woke up 5.30am. I took back her phone (I allow her to use phone because I consider she has sons and family), and I checked her all sms and really shocked me. She told her family that I forced her to eat pork ( this one will be a big deal at Indon cause she is Moslim). Please lah everytime got pork I always remind her and she answer it's ok because it's not haram as long as didn't vomit. She abused me verbally trough the sms said I almost **** her, I always scold her with animal words etc. when I confronted her, she still daring said Swear to God she never said like that. When I showed her all the sms, she just quite. I even asked her when I scold u with animal word?? When I did force u? When I scold u? She said never, only 1 time. I only scold her when she forced my baby badly to drink a milk. At that time I just return her to agent. I can't directly sent het back because my deposit to pay her 6 months loan upfront will be forfeit. Agent told me that she will discuss with recruiter and want to sent her back. But I know I can't trust agent cause they always like 2 face. And it's true, the agent find her another employer. So mommy just be careful of this maid. When I checked her belongings before return her, I surprised so may SG coins. I asked her when she came her, I didn't see any coins and she also said only have IDR coins. But how come now have a lot of SG coins even I haven't paid anything to her. I count the coins around $20 plus. So she said swear to God this is her coins. When I asked her again where did it come? She quite. Sighhh... Nevermind just threw my bad luck to her.
